2. Production Starts After Order Confirmed
Once your order is placed and details are confirmed, I will begin hand‑sculpting. Good work takes time. Production time depends on your pet’s complexity and custom requests.

3. Preview for Approval Before Shipping
After the sculpture is finished, I will send photos for your approval. Only after your confirmation will the piece be baked, painted, carefully packaged and shipped.

Current production turnaround is around 3‑5weeks. All items are well‑packaged for international shipping with tracking number provided.
